Free audit
Show them what is broken before you pitch them
Audit any domain's outbound setup from public records alone. You get a report written for the person who owns the domain, with what each problem costs them and how to fix it. No access needed.
Enter the domain they send from. Example: acme.com. Works on any domain, including one you have never spoken to.
Runs live in your browser against public sources. Nothing is stored.
Why this works as an opener
Every agency opens with the same message about booking more meetings. The one thing a prospect cannot ignore is a specific, checkable fact about their own setup that they did not know.
A missing DMARC record, an SPF chain over the lookup limit, a domain still carrying a blocklist listing. These are not opinions. The prospect can verify every one of them, which is what makes the message land differently from a pitch.
What gets checked
How the shareable link works
The link carries the domain name and nothing else. Opening it runs every check again from scratch, so what the recipient sees is true at the moment they look, not when you ran it. If they fix something first, the report shows the fix. No findings about a third party are stored anywhere.
What public evidence cannot tell you
This audit reads configuration and public reputation. It cannot see private sender scores held by Gmail or Microsoft, complaint rates, list quality, or where a given message actually landed. A domain can pass every check here and still have a delivery problem, which is exactly the case worth a conversation.
Questions
Do I need access to the domain I am auditing?
No. Every check reads public records: DNS, the domain registry, Certificate Transparency logs, and public blocklists. You can audit a domain you have never touched, which is the point. It works on a prospect before you have spoken to them.
Is it acceptable to audit someone else's domain?
The audit reads records that domain publishes to the public internet so that receivers can evaluate its mail. It sends nothing, connects to nothing private, and stores nothing. It is the same information any mail server sees.
What does the shareable link contain?
Only the domain name. Opening the link runs the checks again from scratch, so the report is always current and no findings about a third party sit in our storage. If they fix an issue before opening it, the link shows the fix.
Can this tell me whether their email reaches the inbox?
No. It shows how a domain is configured and whether it carries public reputation damage. Inbox placement also depends on list quality, message copy, volume, and mailbox provider behaviour that no public source exposes.
What is the difference between this and the individual free tools?
The tools answer one record question for whoever runs the domain. This assembles every public signal into one report written to be read by the person who owns the domain, including what each finding costs them and how to fix it.
