Terms of Service
Last updated July 31, 2026. This is a plain-language summary, not legal advice.
By using this site or booking launch QA, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
OutboundQA checks cold email infrastructure before launch and during ongoing monitoring: sending domains, inboxes, tracking domains, SMTP egress, authentication, web and TLS posture, registration, and reputation signals. It returns a Ready, Needs Fix, Do Not Launch, or Unknown verdict with supporting evidence.
Launch Report monitoring runs daily for 14 days. Continuous QA runs the complete check suite hourly while the subscription and monitoring remain active. Monitoring is polling, not event-driven real-time observation, and alerts route after a change is detected.
OutboundQA checks technical infrastructure readiness. It does not guarantee inbox placement, deliverability, or campaign performance, and it is not a warmup or sending tool.
Plans, billing, and payment
The Free plan provides the public checks described on the site. A Launch Report is a $49 one-time purchase for one workspace and includes daily rechecks for 14 days. Continuous QA is a $79 monthly subscription with the asset cap and hourly monitoring described at checkout. Custom arrangements are governed by the written quote or order that applies to them.
Dodo Payments processes eligible purchases and subscriptions. Subscription charges recur until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not ordinarily refund a period already started unless applicable law or a written refund commitment requires otherwise.
Prices, taxes, plan limits, and included features are shown before checkout. We may change future pricing or packaging, but a change to an active recurring price will be communicated before it applies to a later billing cycle.
Affiliate referrals and third-party services
With your consent, Affonso records affiliate attribution and receives limited account and payment lifecycle information needed to calculate eligible commissions. Dodo Payments remains the payment system of record. The Privacy Policy explains the data used for this purpose and how to withdraw optional browser tracking consent.
Participation as an OutboundQA affiliate is governed by the separate Affiliate Program Terms. A referral does not change the buyer's price unless a valid offer shown at checkout expressly says otherwise.
Parts of the service depend on third-party hosting, analytics, communications, payment, and affiliate systems. Their own terms may govern your direct use of their hosted pages or services. OutboundQA remains responsible for its own obligations under these terms but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of an independent provider.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for infrastructure you own or are authorized to manage on behalf of a client.
Do not use the service to support sending that is unlawful, deceptive, or in violation of any third party's terms.
Disclaimer and liability
The service and reports are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Email deliverability depends on many factors outside our checks, including content, sending behavior, and third-party providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutboundQA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant engagement.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the change.
