Terms of Service

Last updated 2026. This is a plain-language summary, not legal advice.

By using this site or booking launch QA, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

OutboundQA checks the technical readiness of cold email infrastructure before a campaign launches: DNS records, authentication, tracking domains, domain age, and blacklist status. It returns a Ready, Needs Fix, or Do Not Launch report and can monitor checked assets for a limited period.

OutboundQA checks technical infrastructure readiness. It does not guarantee inbox placement, deliverability, or campaign performance, and it is not a warmup or sending tool.

Launch QA and payment

Launch QA can be a paid, one-time engagement at the price quoted to you. Booking launch QA is a request; an engagement begins once we confirm it.

Fees for a booked engagement are due as agreed. The report is provided on a best-effort basis using the information you supply.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for infrastructure you own or are authorized to manage on behalf of a client.

Do not use the service to support sending that is unlawful, deceptive, or in violation of any third party's terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The service and reports are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Email deliverability depends on many factors outside our checks, including content, sending behavior, and third-party providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutboundQA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant engagement.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the change.
