Assets and workspaces

A sending domain, inbox, tracking domain, or SMTP egress path is one asset. A workspace groups one company, brand, or client. Free Check and Launch Report cover one workspace. Continuous QA allows unlimited workspaces within its asset cap.

Reruns and debriefs

Free Check includes one verification rerun. Launch Report includes one remediation rerun and one 20-minute findings debrief after the first verdict. Continuous QA rechecks on schedule and keeps incident and recovery history.

Caps and overages

The service does not silently bill per-asset overages. A run must stay within the plan cap. Move to Continuous QA when a paid launch grows beyond 50 assets. Ask for a written custom order above 100 monitored assets.

Upgrades

Move from a Launch Report to Continuous QA when the approved launch needs ongoing monitoring or when several active workspaces need alerts and history. Previous-purchase credit is not currently specified. The checkout shows the price and effective date before payment.

Billing and cancellation

Launch Report is charged once. Continuous QA renews monthly until cancelled. Cancellation stops the next renewal and monitoring at the end of the paid period. A started period is not ordinarily refunded unless applicable law or a written checkout commitment requires it.

For eligible exact Cloudflare TXT, CNAME, and CAA records, yes. An account owner provides a zone-scoped token, reviews the live before-and-after preview, and confirms the change. OutboundQA never stores the token and queues fresh verification after apply. Provider-generated DKIM, PTR, registrar, and blacklist actions remain guided.
