Affiliate Program Terms

Commission and attribution

Approved affiliates earn 30% of eligible net revenue from a referred $49 Launch Report purchase and 30% recurring on a referred $79 Continuous QA subscription while that subscription and the affiliate remain active and eligible.

Free and Custom plans are excluded unless a separate written partner agreement says otherwise. The program does not give the referred buyer a discount. A paid Launch Report includes the existing 20-minute findings debrief.

The referral cookie window is 30 days. The last eligible affiliate click before signup receives credit, then OutboundQA locks that referral to the new account. Affonso is the source for click, customer, commission, and payout status. Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, discounts, credits, disputed payments, and fraudulent or duplicate transactions are excluded from eligible net revenue.

Self-referrals, referrals of existing customers, and transactions created primarily to obtain a discount or commission are not eligible.

Review period and payouts

Each commission remains Pending for a 30-day review period. A Pending commission becomes Approved only if the underlying transaction remains eligible. Approved balances enter the monthly payout cycle after reaching the $50 minimum threshold. Balances below the threshold roll forward. The current payout method is PayPal.

Payout timing depends on the monthly cycle, completed payout and tax information, review status, and payment processing. Receiving fees, currency conversion costs, and taxes imposed on an affiliate are the affiliate's responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.

A commission can be withheld, declined, reversed, or offset when the underlying payment is refunded, charged back, disputed, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise ineligible. Raise a commission-status question with viraj@outboundqa.com within 30 days of the status change so the supporting records can be reviewed.

Permitted promotion

You may promote OutboundQA through your website, original social content, organic search, relevant email communication, mobile traffic, and approved paid search that does not bid on OutboundQA brand terms.

You must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship close to the recommendation where required by law or reasonably expected by your audience. An acceptable plain example is: I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link. Recommendations must be accurate, evidence-based, and presented in your own voice.

Prohibited conduct

Do not use spam, purchased lists, deceptive redirects, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, fake leads, misleading earnings claims, guaranteed deliverability claims, trademark bidding, typo domains, browser extensions, rebrokering, cashback, incentives, or coupon distribution without written approval.

Do not impersonate OutboundQA, claim to be an employee or exclusive representative, alter supplied brand assets in a misleading way, or publish content that is unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory, or harmful.

Brand assets and intellectual property

While your participation is active, OutboundQA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the approved affiliate links, copy, logos, and promotional assets only to promote OutboundQA under these terms.

OutboundQA retains all rights in its product, name, marks, copy, reports, and materials. Approved-only campaign packs, customer information, and non-public program materials must be kept confidential. Stop using program assets promptly when participation ends or when requested.

Independent relationship

You participate as an independent affiliate. These terms do not create employment, agency, franchise, fiduciary, joint venture, or exclusive representation. You cannot bind OutboundQA, make commitments for it, collect customer payments for it, or present yourself as part of its staff.

You are responsible for your own promotion costs, personnel, licenses, filings, insurance, and compliance. You may not delegate or transfer your affiliate account, tracking link, or rights under these terms without written approval.

Affonso portal and records

Affonso supplies the hosted partner portal, referral tracking, and commission records used by the program. Your use of Affonso's website and portal is also subject to Affonso's own terms and privacy policy. Affonso is not the operator of the OutboundQA affiliate program and does not decide whether an application, referral, commission, or promotion is eligible.

OutboundQA remains responsible for program approvals, commission decisions, dispute review, and payouts unless the partner portal expressly identifies an Affonso managed-payout arrangement. If a dashboard display conflicts with a verified payment, refund, attribution, or fraud record, OutboundQA may correct the record and will explain a material correction on request.

Program changes and termination

Either party may end participation at any time. OutboundQA may suspend tracking or withhold unpaid commissions while investigating suspected fraud, abuse, legal risk, or a material breach of these terms.

Eligible commissions earned before ordinary termination remain subject to the review period and payout rules. Commissions connected to fraud, abuse, a prohibited promotion, or a material breach can be declined or forfeited. New referrals and new commissions stop when participation or the affected tracking link ends.

Commission rates, eligibility, payment settings, and these terms may change. Material updates will apply prospectively after notice through the portal, email, or this page unless an immediate change is required for legal, security, or fraud prevention reasons.

Service limits and liability

The affiliate program, portal, links, and reporting are provided as is and may be interrupted or changed. OutboundQA does not guarantee referral volume, earnings, attribution in every technical circumstance, or customer conversion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead Catalyst Tech LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the program. Its aggregate liability relating to the program is limited to unpaid eligible commissions owed to you for the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy, general terms, and law

Your use of the program is also subject to the OutboundQA Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with advertising, privacy, tax, consumer protection, and endorsement disclosure laws that apply to your promotions.

These Affiliate Program Terms control if they conflict with the general OutboundQA Terms of Service on a matter specific to affiliate participation. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
