Recipient domain preflight checker
Paste a lead-list column and find domains to drop, quarantine, or review before the campaign depends on them.
This checks recipient-domain provider, gateway, and DNS readiness for a pasted recipient list. For a real launch verdict, run every domain, inbox, and tracking domain through the full QA pass.
Runs live in your browser via public DNS. Nothing is stored.
List quality has infrastructure signals too
Cold email preflight should not stop at the sender. A clean sending domain can still waste volume on personal inboxes, domains that cannot receive mail, or recipient domains protected by strict security gateways.
This checker gives operators a fast recipient-side screen before enrichment, mailbox validation, or launch signoff. It is built for pasted CSV columns and does not require mailbox access, API keys, or test sends.
How to use the result
Drop domains with no MX. Remove free inboxes when the campaign is supposed to target business addresses. Quarantine or review domains behind Proofpoint, Mimecast, Barracuda, Cisco, Forcepoint, or similar gateways before pushing volume.
A pass means the recipient domain has observable business-mail routing and basic public DNS evidence. It does not prove the exact mailbox exists or that your message will land in the primary inbox.
Sender QA and recipient QA are different gates
OutboundQA's launch report still focuses on the infrastructure you control: sending domains, inboxes, authentication, tracking domains, blacklist status, SMTP egress identity, and receiver requirements. Recipient-domain preflight is a fast list-screening layer that helps avoid sending to obvious infrastructure risk before the launch begins.
What this check does not catch
A passing recipient-domain provider, gateway, and DNS readiness lookup is useful, but it is not launch signoff. Cold email campaigns still fail when adjacent records, tracking domains, or inbox-level settings are broken.
Setup guides for this check
Read the setup notes behind this result, then verify the neighboring records before launch.
MX records and mail routing
How MX records route replies and bounces, provider records for Google and Microsoft, and common mistakes.
Google and Yahoo bulk sender requirements
SPF, DKIM, DMARC, one-click unsubscribe, and the spam-rate thresholds bulk senders must meet.
Email blacklists: check and delist
The RBLs that matter, how listings happen, how to check before launch, and the delisting process.
Domain warmup and safe sending volume
Why new domains are high risk, ramp schedules, per-inbox daily limits, and domain age.
Need to check a full outbound workspace?
OutboundQA checks every domain, inbox, and tracking domain in the workspace, then gives you a shareable report with a Ready, Needs Fix, or Do Not Launch verdict.

Questions
It extracts unique domains from pasted emails or domains, checks MX records, detects the receiving provider, flags common security gateways, and notes whether SPF and DMARC records are visible.
Free inboxes are often outside a B2B ICP, and domains behind Proofpoint, Mimecast, Barracuda, or similar gateways may apply stricter filtering. Use those flags to drop, quarantine, or review rows before launch.
No. It checks recipient-domain infrastructure, not individual mailbox existence. Use it before mailbox validation or enrichment to remove domains that are obviously risky or unable to receive mail.
No. The checker runs in your browser using public DNS lookups. Pasted emails and domains are not sent to an OutboundQA backend.
